I can’t claim any great achievement from remaining on the raw juice plan, it’s nice. Kate Moss made a remark once about how no food tasted as good as being skinny felt- well Ms Moss, I challenge that! Raw food is doing both for me.
After a full 7 days, not only do I feel much slimmer, and healthier but I am looking forward to each raw juice and salad. There are officially 7 more days left on the plan, which is fine, and I will happily follow those, HOWEVER, what to do after? This is a long term game…. Do I go maverick and create my own mystical and magical juice recipes? Or stick with what I know….?

What to include? Why to include them?
Experience this week tells me that:
- Fresh squeezed pineapple makes anything taste good
- Avocado makes a juice creamy
- Raw juice 3 times a day isn’t enough food for me
- Raw juice once a day isn’t enough juice for me (because its yummy)
- Juice alone doesn’t have enough fibre in it
I have a week to research, plan and create some of my own concoctions. Variety is the spice of life, as they say (oh I could make a spicy one!) and its also more likely to help me keep on the straight and narrow…I must stay on the narrow as opposed to the wide, all my clothes fit much better this way!
